SCMS Pune provides opportunities for International Exposure through the University’s Global Immersion Programme (GIP). Students during the course of the six semesters at SCMS can also choose to undertake courses for twelve credits in any one of the University’s partner universities abroad. COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning) SCMS has taken another step forward in its initiative towards Internationalization with this project along with Bridge Valley Community and Technical College, US and now with Technical College, FATEC, Centro PAULO SOUZA FATEC, Brazil. The institute has completed online projects in the subject areas like: Economics, Accountancy, Human Resource. This is an innovative project since the students are learning and the faculty are co-teaching cohorts from both the Institutes with a time difference of 8 to 9 hours. The students from SCMS have been very proactive in each step of the COIL initiative.

The Placement Cell at SCMS Pune works round the clock to ensure that all students are well equipped to take up the challenges of the professional environment. Eligibility Criteria For BBA in SCMS College

Candidates looking for admission to this course must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. Every eligible candidate should appear in the Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) to qualify for the admission process.

The final selection of candidates is strictly based on performance in SET and PI-WAT.

Admission to Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Pune is via the SET exam. A brief about the whole is given below:

· Admissions to BBA program are offered to candidates having passed 10+2 (any stream) with minimum 50% marks from a recognized board.

· Selection of candidates shall be based on merit ranks drawn from cumulative scores of SET & PIWAT – Writing Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI).

· The institute provides 5% relaxation for reserved category candidates.

· It is mandatory for every candidate to register for SET in online mode and also communicate their choice of course and institute.

· An amount of INR 1750 (non-refundable) has to be paid against application fees via Credit Card/Net Banking/Demand Draft/Cash/Indian Bank Net Banking.

SCMS Hostel

Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies (SCMS) has modern residential facilities for students to give a ‘home away from home’ experience. The hostel facility is available for girls as well as for boys with limited seats. The hostel has twin/triple sharing, well-furnished rooms with Wi-Fi facility, hot and cold water facilities throughout the day, attached bath & toilets, generator backup, indoor games/recreations rooms with TV, guest rooms, housekeeping and round the clock security. Due to shortage of accommodation hostel is allotted on first come first serve basis. It is located within a radius of 1 km from the campus.
